1) Can I access and use my credit card details and temporary CVV while my physical card is being delivered to me?
You may access your credit card details and temporary CVV via Citi Mobile® App if you are an existing Citi credit card customer whose card application/card reissuance had been approved.
You may then use your card for limited transactions such as recurring payments, online shopping and e-wallet transactions.
2) How can I use my temporary CVV if I’m not enrolled on Citi Mobile® App?
You will need to download Citi Mobile® App. Upon enrolling, you will be able to access your temporary CVV. To learn more about Citi Mobile® App, click here.
3) How is my temporary CVV different from the CVV of my physical card?

|Can be viewed via Citi Mobile® App only.
||Can be viewed via Citi Mobile® App or on the back of your physical card (look for the 3-digits next to the signature bar).
|Valid until your physical card is activated.
||Replaces your temporary CVV once your physical card is activated. The CVV of your physical card will remain valid until the indicated expiry date on your physical card.
|Allows you to use your credit card right away for recurring payments, online shopping and e-wallet transactions while your physical card is being delivered to you.
||Your physical card can be used for physical and point-of-sale transactions, in addition to recurring payments, online shopping and e-wallet transactions.
4) When is my temporary CVV valid till?
Your temporary CVV is valid until your physical card is activated.
