3 easy ways to create your card PIN
Your card will be automatically activated upon successful PIN creation.
Note: If you’ve made a change on your mobile number and/or address with us in the past 45 days,
please use option 3: Interactive Voice Response or call Citiphone.
Option 2: Via Citibank Online
Get your mobile phone ready as the One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
