Organise your auto-billing payments on Citi Credit Cards and
let us help put your payments back on track.
Why do I need to update my auto-billing payment(s) with my new Citi card number?
After you replaced/upgraded/downgraded/renewed your existing credit card, the card number may change, which will affect your existing auto-billing payments with registered auto-billing merchants; e.g. insurance, telco, gym membership, utilities and/or any of your favourite online shops
Let us simplify the process for you to ensure that you have a peace of mind. Here’s how to self-update your auto-billing payment(s)
Important Note:
No action will be required for auto-billing payments with AIA Berhad, Manulife Insurance, Tokio Marine Group and Prudential Insurance. We will update these respective billers with your latest credit card details on your behalf.
*Do note that the auto-billing merchants are not limited to those listed above. As the auto-billing payment(s) linked to your previous Citi card will be declined after the stated cut-off date, please ensure your new card details are updated accordingly to avoid any payment disruption.
Domestic auto-billing payment which was enrolled and transacted on your previous card which has since been replaced/upgraded/downgraded/renewed with a different card number, will be declined after the cut-off date stated below.
